Summer is more than half way over and I have to confess, there’s been less camping than I’d hoped. We went once to a provincial park the first week of July, then on a canoe day trip a few days after that (got a great tramp stamp sunburn!)
What I did do was take a week long workshop on writing for kids and a lot of swimming.
I have managed to get inspired on an almost daily basis, so once the kids are both in school full time in September, I’ll hopefully be churning out stories at a rapid rate. I did write a novella this week. Doesn’t that sound nice? Wrote a novella this week, said with the same casual indifference one might use when saying you’ve washed the windows...in my case, i’m more likely to write a novella than wash windows though...might want to take a few hours and clean them now I think about it...
Where was I? No idea. Rambling again.
